Sr. Performance Engineer (Gatling 9)
Location: Boston MA – 2 Weeks Onsite/Month
The candidate backed out after accepting the Offer (he didn’t want to relocate to Boston), so looking for someone local or with a 100% commitment to relocation and written confirmation while submitting.
Must Have's:
- Performance Engineering background, creating performance scripts, etc.
- JMeter, Loadrunner or Gatling 9 (they use Gatling, but conceptual knowledge of these will be enough)
- Must have DynaTrace and DataDog (need to know how to use these to see what/where the issues are.)
Nice to Have's:
- Kubernetes
- Experienced in Automation of CI/CD pipeline
- Java (read and write)
- AWS Cloud background.
The Expertise You Bring In
- 5+ years of experience as a Performance Engineer
- Extensive hands-on experience with performance engineering, including use of JMeter, Gatling or similar tools.
- In-Depth knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, EKS
- Experience working with Datadog for monitoring, troubleshooting, creating dashboards and alerts
- Experience with Continuous Testing and integrating into a CICD pipeline
- Comfortable with tools like SQL developer and running SQL queries for data analysis and monitoring
- Experience working in Agile Environment
